Invoice
Invoicing has been set up to Add Fee to team and/or subtract fee from Official. You can set a Dollar Amount per Game Fee or set a percentage of the game fee. If you are not using invoices, just leave the default settings. Leave (Add Amount / Percentage) set to -0-.
Welcome Page Announcements
Update the welcome announcement that appear on the Welcome page after you select ZebraWeb from the Main Console.
Pagination and Record Viewing
Allows you to receive pop-up notifications when there is a conflict with the game information being added vs. the information already in the system.

Enhanced Availability
Basic Availability shows the officials name that are available for that day and time.
Enhanced Availability shows the officials name that are available for that day and time, and next to their name it will display H: for Host Team, then number of times the official was at that Host Team and the last time there, and V: for Visiting Team, then number of times the official had that Visiting Team and the last time.
Pending Availability
Highlight pending games still on hold on the Officials Availability Calendar with no game info.
Block Availability
If an Official declines or turns back a game, their availability will be set to Blocked. This availability can only be changed by the System Administrator or Assignor.
Assign Myself
Allow the Official to assign themselves to selected games marked by Assign Myself. Officials can only assign themselves games they are available.
Set Assignment Accepted
Set system so that the official assignment is accepted when official is assigned.
Lock Turn Back Games
Toggle system so that the official cannot turn back an assignment once accepted.
Decline/Turn Back Reason
Show a pop-up window with the reason for a Decline or Turn Back by scrolling over the "Show Reason" link.
Set Hour Restrictions
Officials cannot decline, nor can they turn back a game if it is within restriction hours.
Remove Declined Assignments
Allows you to remove any officials from an assignment that has been declined or turned back.
Release Individual Official Assignments
Release assignments to an individual official without releasing the full game.
Sortable Mileage Feature
Game Time Reminders
Get reminders if Officials have not accepted their games within the time setting.
Miscellaneous
Default Game Duration
Duration that is used when entering a new game, as well as the timeframe used to judge official’s availability.
Committed Dates
Release Game Date and Crews for Officials to accept. Game Date and Crew information is the only information released. No other game information can be seen until released.
Game Time Settings
Allows you to select the way the time is displayed when adding/editing games.
Game Conflict Notification
Allows you to get a pop-up notification when there is a conflict with the game information being added vs the game information already in the system.
Game Structure Verbiage
Toggle system so that the official cannot turn back an assignment once accepted.
Postpone Games
Referee/Lead Official Game
Notify Referee/Lead Official when Game Report is not submitted within 72 hours of the game ending.
Silent Observer
Allows you to assign observers to a game, but hide them from officials so they are not made aware they are being observed. When turned on, all new games will default to ON.
Official Ranks
If your association will like to rank officials, enable official ranking.
Team Affiliations
System will identify Officials on team assignments as ( A - ).
Team Preferred
Allows administrator to mark specific Officials with specific teams as either preferred or not preferred. System will identify preferred Officials as ( P - ), and non-preferred Officials as ( NP - ) on team assignments.
Team can be set to identify all assignments on the teams home games.
Official Team Block
System allows official to mark specific teams as blocked. System will not list the official available for these teams.
Payment Vouchers
System will allow the head referee to pull up payment vouchers for all games they are listed as head referee. The payment voucher will have all fee information for the crew on the game. It will have a field for each official to write in their SSN and to sign if necessary. It will NOT have SSN.
SSN Settings
System will allow the league user to see social security numbers for all games in their league.

ZebraPay
ZebraPay is a function of ZebraWeb that allows associations to approve payment for assignments. Pay Type can be set up for Administration, League(s), or Team(s). Approval Type should be set to One, unless Pay Type is Team(s) and they want more than one approval.
Additional Fees *
Select the Additional Fees you wish to use. Fee amounts can be added on the League Information page.
Travel Arrangements
Allow the Official to enter their Travel Arrangements for each game they are assigned.
Admin User Classifications
If your association would like to classify admin users, enter classifications here.
Admin User Classifications cannot be deleted once they are entered.
Association Contract
This will force the crew to electronically sign a contract before they can get to there games. Once they electronically sign, they will be able to see all information released.
Show SSN
Showing SSN allows admin users to see the SSN of the officials working their games. Also allow the Officials to see their SSN on their My Profile page.
Ask the Expert Forum
Track all questions and answers in "Ask the Expert". Still receive email notifications.
Team User Classifications
If your association would like to classify team users, enter classifications here. Team User classifications appear on the Contact reports.
Team User Classifications cannot be deleted once they are entered.
Team Mileage
Allow the Official to enter/calculate team mileage for all League teams. Administrator can calculate/override mileage on edit assign page.
Game Help User Type
Allows you to add users to the Game Help Permissions. Once added, you will be able to assign the Game Help to any Game. There are specific links to Assign Game Help.
